What does it mean to be a member of LittleChapters?

At LittleChapters.com new parents have a unique way to write a live journal, upload photos, track development and growth. Throughout the process they can grant access to family and friends.

So how is a babybook created?

Behind the scenes we convert all the content you've been writing and the pictures you've been uploading into hardcover traditional babybook. We equate each month in baby's first year to one chapter in your babybook. It's complete with a title page, table of contents, 12 chapters and appendices for growth and development.

When do I get my babybook though?

Your babybook is based on your entire year, so it will be printed for you at Baby's 1st birthday. Just like a babybook you would buy blank in a bookstore, yours is completed as baby's first year comes to a close. You've just entered the content online instead.

Is this site secure?

We do our best to ensure the privacy of your journal and photos by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer ) and account-based access. Each family and friend who gets access is required to create their own username and password. This way you'll be able to see exactly who is viewing your account. (and of course if there is someone logged on who you don't think should be, you have the power to delete them)

What browsers are supported?

Little Chapters works well in Firefox and Internet Explorer 6. We hope to have Safari support soon.

Will my journal and photos get lost?

We do our best to ensure the integrity of your data, by backing up your pictures and journal entries constantly.

What if I can't remember my username or password?

Email us at support@chapter97.com and we'll help retrive your username or reset your password.
